Made using patterned paper and cardstock, this handmade birthday card is sure to put a smile on the recipient of this card. Comes blank inside and the sentiment and balloons have been stamped. To make the balloons pop off the card, they have been cut out and foam tape has been put on the back. To finish off the card, gold glitter gems have been added for that added shimmer and sparkle.
